Nothing has been "normal" about the past two years. Including the fact that we can rejoice that ALL GRANTS IN THIS 2020-2022 HAVE BEEN PAID.  And this, well before the current fiscal year ends. Checks have been sent to LCMS for Christ's Mercy in Russia to support two agencies working there. We trust God to open the doors, even though military upheaval is making it more difficult, to get the funds to their intended destination. The Board of Directors at their February 26 meeting, voted to adjust the partial payment to St Louis Seminary in support of ethnic students through Making Jesus Known in US Ethnic Communities. Their check was for the amount they originally requested, $7500. Our obligation of 25% of mite grant monies going to national still stands, even for those grants withdrawn. To that end, please remember that your continued support of the mite boxes goes toward making Jesus known throughout the world.
